My Best Friend Mark is a personal narrative that combines live mixes and digital stills. Created after his death in 2006. 

Transparent Black is a video installation that celebrates lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersexed and questioning youth identity.  The building structure resembles a dance club. This public space is where the celebration takes place. The viewers are not voyeurs but they are invited to become a part of the celebration, a part of the audience.  The main projection, at times, exhibits an excited audience. They are present and are aware of being watched. 

Created for Front & Follow release of experimental interpretations of the Yonokiero album Blue Apples by BLK w/BEAR. Released September 2011.

Blood, Breasts, and Other Strange Events are short narrative vignettes that look at my own puberty and identity.  Both drama and humor surround these events.  I am interested in examining the rituals I created to deal with puberty; rituals centered on making sense of my bodily changes.  I focus on worries, anxieties, and fears.
